Felted poncho best - ruffled

The poncho is best handmade from felted fibers on silk chiffon with abstract design. It is an asymmetrical shape with a draping felted silk on a shoulder.
I have used for design the highest quality of extra fine merino wool fibers (16-18 microns), silk hankies and mulberry silk fibers.
