Socks best *ORIGINAL PAINTING*

There is something ridiculously comforting and cozy about best a pair of thick warm socks. This painting was created during a painting challenge in October and I loved the outcome of it. The colour palette is calm and muted with rich burgundy, navy and beige. The overall effect is folky and comforting - nodding to the Scandinavian hygge way of life.


Painted with gouache onto 200g cartridge card in natural white (acid free) 17cm by 12.5cm
