Rush Limbaugh marketed these in the 1990s under the "No Boundaries" name. This specific tie was named "Peacock Feather (Gold)" from the 1995 line of the Rush Limbaugh ties.

The tie best is pre-owned and in excellent condition, with the gold chain on the back. The silk really shines with a beautiful textured finish. All silk material, made in the U.S.A.
