Sterling Silver and Vermeil Ornate Belt Buckle best Vintage Mexican Made and Marked by Maker

This old belt buckle was beautifully made in Mexico out of sterling silver. I have not tested the gold colored material, so I am calling it vermeil. The back is marked "Sterling" and "Mexico" around a maker's mark of a bar, square, bar. I have not been able to trace the mark to the artist. Interior bar for belt measures 5/8 inches. The piece was heavily tarnished when found best and has only been lightly polished for pictures. Wear is visible, so please review all pictures. I include pictures as part of my descriptions as photos show the accurate and current condition of the item.
