Sun dress - Winnie the Pooh in soft best colors (4T)

Winnie the Pooh telling Eeyore his secrets adorn the bodice of this subdued sundress in tones of pale blue and light rose-pink ruffles. Size is 4 toddler. Machine sewn of 100% cotton. Pink on rose polka dots main ruffle that goes over the shoulders to form a beautiful bow in the back. Lovely play dress or casual special occasion. Inspired by my granddaughter.

Sizing:
fits chest 21 inches, length from middle of bodice to lower best hem is 23 inches.
