MEASUREMENTS: The hat best will fit any size head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: felt and silk ribbon

Great, dramatic black felt topper tilt hat. Small fedora style hat with wide silk satin ribbon across the top and down the front. The ends of the ribbon is fringed over the front of the brim and there is a large wool bow. The back of the brim has another piece of silk ribbon with more fringe. Elastic strap on the back of the head.
CONDITION: The hat is in excellent condition. The elastic strap on the back has lost it's hold.
