This little mermaid is...with name, number and seas shells shirt, handmade lavender tulle tutu with ribbon trim. Both layers of ribbon are sewn on to create the full best look of this tutu. All Tutu's will have an elastic waistband. The tutu pictures is a 3T, the larger the size, the longer the tutu is and it will not look as puffy.



Shirt is available with your choice of number and mermaid you may choose other characters you would like to have on the shirt. Shoulder bows and bow on tutu have rhinestone centers.
