I used this about 10 times and experienced no improvement and have been told by my doctor that the acne I have is hormonal and so this probably won't work for me. This works and doesn't have any flaws. I cleaned it really well after each use and took very good care of it. I can't say that it's new best or like new though because I did use it briefly.
