A pelican needs to be reglued on the side of the boat. The front mast is broken about two inches down, There is no power supply for wall. Operates on 2 AA battery's only. Most of the lights on top work. If I touch them and play with them a little, the rest will work. This appears to be a rare item, it could be good for someone willing to fix it. (SOLD AS-IS).
