Cho - Ravenclaw Inspired best Harry Potter Themed Masquerade Ball Mask in Blue and Bronze - OOAK

Cho is a Ravenclaw-inspired Harry Potter-themed masquerade ball mask in blue and bronze. This mask was handmade of papier-mâché then sanded and painted. Bronze best micro glitter covers portions of the mask (accentuating her very flattering, asymmetrical shape), and then the glitter was sealed to prevent it from flaking off. Each fabric "feather" was handcut from the scraps of my vast fabric collection and then applied to the mask one by one to create a beautiful layered, textured effect. There are pieces of velvet, satin, grosgrain, and dupioni silk--among others. This mask is completely handmade and one-of a-kind, and I hoped to make it elegant enough that it might be something like Cho Chang would have chosen had she ever had occasion to attend a masked wizarding event.
