Also included: Grace Marie's original dress, fan, necklace, socks, shoes, bloomers, and hat. **The dress, fan and necklace are in perfect condition**. However, the other items are not. Socks have been washed but there are yellowish parts [hidden when the boots are on]. The boots have cracks [dried] on the back [only on the back] The elastic of the bloomers has lost elasticity. The hat has some small gray stains.
