This is a good starting kid for the heavy to moderate flow, hand stitched with 100% organic cotton fabric, batting and thread.

Interlabial pads are pads 2"-4" long. Gently best tuck the small pad in between your labia. The pad focuses the flow to another larger pad if your bleeding heavily or with out another pad to catch a light flow.
