It has had a screen cover it's entire life so the screen is flawless. The only cosmetic issue is a small chip of plastic on the back side of the red controller near a screw (see picture). Everything works as it should and both joy cons have had brand new thumb sticks installed so no stick drift here! There is no original box or packaging so what you see is what you get.
