She is wearing a fun animal print hat adorned with large feathers. She is also wearing real jewelry - a pearl necklace, a cameo brooch, and dangling necklace and bracelet. Her facial expression is handpainted in great detail and her hair is curly and blonde. Just an amazing creation! I wish I knew the background on the creator! In pristine, excellent condition.
