It will come with the charger, two additional bands, and a longer black extension band. I cleared the data on it so that's why it's saying what's on the screen in the second screen. You have to set all fitbits up on their app and it's very easy to do so. There's no scratches or issues. It was originally $150 and the cheapest you can get it on right not is Amazon around $110.
