Hazel Atlas Cobalt Blue best Newport Pattern Footed Dessert Bowls

This is a set of four cobalt blue Hazel Atlas Glass footed dessert bowls in the Newport, or "Hairpin", pattern, made between 1936 to the early 1950's. The base "Foot" has a scalloped edge and the top has light scalloping as well. The body has vertical ridges, distinctive of the Newport pattern and likely why it was nicknamed Hairpin.

Each dessert bowls holds 1/2 cup of liquid. They are 2 3/4 inches tall and have a 3 1/2 inch diameter.

CONDITION: There are no chips or cracks. The exterior is shiny, the color deep and not faded.
