A beautiful very large hand blown Murano fruit best basket in a wavy sea shell like form with elegant handles. It is of a rare type because producing a pink colour in glass blowing is very difficult and this extraordinary item has a beautiful dusty pink colour with delicately shimmering silver speckles and an extraordinary texture throughout. it is made of several layers of glass and finished with a crystal clear layer.

This vase/basket is 39cm long x 20cm high and, although vintage, this glass vessel is in perfect condition, no damage.

The vase is heavy, indicating that only an experienced glass master could have handled such a weighty piece of coloured glass.
