Haunted best doll: Viorica

Viorica was born of noble birth in Wallachia in the 1400's, and not best exactly what one would call a nice little girl. She was prissy and imperious, unkind to her siblings, rude to her many servants. She was the oldest girl in the family, and her parents despaired, knowing she would be difficult to marry off with her current demeanor. So she was sent to stay with a notoriously well-behaved cousin, in hopes that he would rub off on her. And it worked, fortunately for Viorica. Unfortunately for her little cousin, it worked both ways. Two years later, Viorica went home much changed, not only grown into a polite and charming young lady, but missing a leg due to an unfortunate pitchfork 'accident' involving her cousin Vlad. Viorica sadly died of sepsis, and Vlad, well, Bram Stoke wrote a novel all about it.

If she is ever a little naughty, just let her be naughty. We don't want another Dracula on our hands.
