Vintage 1970's Blue Floral Dress / 70s best Poly Day Dress S/M

Description: Vintage 1970's micro floral polyester day dress. Features an all over blue, white, and green floral print. Has a tent like silhouette which can be tightened at the neckline. Waist is free flowing, shown both with and without the matching belt tied. Sleeves are 3/4 length with elastic at the hem and the skirt has one tier with ruffle detailing.
