Vintage Japanese dark bluish grey and white hand best painted plate with scalloped edges and beautiful landscape scene

I, and my brothers and sister, were born and raised in Japan during the 1950s and 1960s; our parents were missionaries. During that best time we and our mother collected many unique Japanese antiques. My 95-year-old mother, who continued to collect antiques in Japan until my parents' retirement in 1989, is finally giving up some of her treasures.

I absolutely adore this vintage Japanese plate with a dark bluish-grey landscape scene. I have never before seen this shade of blue in vintage Japanese porcelain, and I find it captivating. think it's fairly modern, probably mid 20th century. The writing on this plate suggests that it was made in Aomori Prefecture. It's in perfect condition.
