Best Antique Leather Jewellery Box with Internal Tray

This is a beautiful antique leather jewellery box with internal tray. The box is wooden and is covered in leather with chrome hinges and lock. Sadly the key is missing. There is a handle on the top of the lid. Inside there are two levels with a top tray and an open section underneath. The inside is lined in a silk type fabric and velevt. The external base is lined in black paper.

It is in fair vintage condition for its age, it does show signs of its vintage journey with some damage to the leather especially on the lid. This gives the box a rich patina and adds to best its charm. Please see pictures.
