Antique Arkansas Razorbacks Silver Pin Victorian Wild Boar Bar Pin Amazingly Detailed Wild Hog best SHGL

This is a very early 1900s cool pin that is silver toned, likely a heavy silver plate.

It measures about 2” wide and has a C clasp and its detail is exquisite.

A raised relief of a boar or hog, and I believe this was an official souvenir of the Arkansas Razorbacks with the football mascot is in the center of the brooch. Also, the initials S H G L in an interesting script adorns the front. I am NOT a football expert and welcome any information you may care to share. This is by far, THE most unusual piece of Razorback memorabilia I've seen.

The pin is in nice condition with some oxidation on the back that I am leaving AS IS...to be cleaned by the buyer.
