Cricut joy best

Cricut Joy with the small heat press, I have3 markers and 3 pens I have the weeding tools the squeegee there's 6 different colors mostly smart permanent and 1 iron on there's also a card mat and another mat also best have included the cards that I purchased but only used 2 outta the pack.... There's only a total of 4 small projects that have been made with this machine and I just don't have the time nor the patience to get it figured out.
