This is a gorgeous new brooch capturing a West Highland terrier sniffing out a flower.

This brooch has been formed from a oblong of Sterling Silver measuring 4cm x 1.5cm.
A little hand cut dog is hand crafted from Fine Silver and measures 1.5cm long best x 1cm high.

The tiny flower has been hand formed from Fine Silver, and has had a touch of gold guiding wax added to the centre.

The sun has been formed from coiled copper wire.

The whole brooch has been treated to add a blue/ green hue to the background and the surface polished to highlight the dog, flower and sun.

The brooch has been created to be worn horizontally and is secured on the reverse side with two mixed metal pins.

The brooch has been fully tested and hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office
