Lovely decorative antique pair of solid silver salt cellars & shell bowled best spoons - 1899, This beautiful pair of decorative salt pots have the full English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1899.
Description
This beautiful pair of decorative salt pots have the full English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1899 and have the maker's mark 'WD'. The salt spoons are hallmarked for London 1903 and have the maker's mark 'HP&S'. All items are in good used condition though one of the cellars has a split on its decorative best edge (only visible under close scrutiny) and the spoons are slightly misshapen (see pics) and each salt pot has a diameter of 5cm.
