60s dress, with pleated skirt patterned best with flowers, sleeveless

60s dress with adorable rose pattern. The top is cut to fit, the skirt wide and pleated. There is a small mesh on the crew neck. A thin belt made of the same fabric completes the look. It is closed on the back with a zip and is lined.
