The inspiration for this piece came from an Emmy Award winning television series. The real building exists in Maine. As with all City Sights '44 products, the exterior artwork is created using computer based design software. The piece itself is made from laser cut 1/8" thick hardboard, high quality photo stock and plastic film for window glazing. Window trim can be seen through the tiny windows. The piece is illuminated by a 110vac LED bulb. Size is 5.5" high. 6.5" wide. 7.5" deep best. Quite charming and cute. A very DownEast structure.
