Gorgeous Vintage Victorian best style Tumble Up

Lovely vintage Victorian style tumble up for your bedside table… ( I believe made in France?) The best silver band around the middle is hand applied as well as the piece is hand painted. The silver band around the piece is not magnetic so it is either silver or pewter. This is a gorgeous piece in excellent vintage condition no chips cracks or breaks approximate size is 7 1/2 inches tall by 4 inches wide. Would make a lovely gift! In doing my research I have not been able to find one like it or similar. Absolutely lovely piece.
