We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods after the items leave our facility. We must be contacted within 24 hours after delivery if you have any issues with your item. For items damaged during transit, you must provide photos of the damaged product along with photos of the shipping material. Any loss in transit, wrong address, or stolen items are not eligible for a refund as this is no fault of ours. (You must contact your local post office regarding these matters.) All our items include a tracking number for your convenience, and are shipped via USPS first class or Priority mail.
