Handmade Slim Leather Wallet / best No.12 "Packed" Wallet

best The No.12 "Packed" Wallet is by definition, a handmade wallet. From start to finish, not a single electrical powered machine is used when making this wallet. Designed to be compact and minimal this wallet can comfortable hold as many as 12+ cards plus cash. Being only half the size of a phone, this wallet is extremely comfortable to carry, and is my current everyday wallet and so far my favorite of my designs. Made from Veg-Tan full grain leather, this wallet will form a patina that will add a unique character.

The Making:

The process begins by tracing out and hand cutting the work from Superior Oak-Veg Tan Leather Sides. I use an alcohol based dye and beeswax based leather conditioner to achieve a rich color and supple feeling leather. After adding in the finer details, I saddle stitch the product with waxed thread and stamp my logo. The process of hand stitching is tedious, but yields the highest quality product. The edges are sanded down and smoothed with beeswax. I add a layer of edge paint to water proof all edges of the wallet. The final wallet is buffed and brushed with a 100% horse hair brush for a glossy appearance.
