Best Gertie the Possum Doll

Gertie the Possum has been sifting through our closets to create this very unique outfit!
She's a one-of-a-kind, posable doll on a wire ligature, stuffed with polyester fiberfill. Her features are handmade from Paperclay, a hybrid form of paper mache, and hand-painted with acrylic, water-based paints except for the eyes, which are painted with high-gloss enamel. Her clothes are handmade, mostly cotton, with a ribbon choker and a hat made from found objects. She stands at just under 16" tall, counting the hat.

Dreamland Zinkand's woodland creatures are known to best slip into homes at night, snitching bits of fabric and costume jewelry to create outfits for themselves. On the full moon they gather to party and show off their splendid new creations!

Although our dolls are very strong, we recommend not sharing them with those who like to twist or nibble on things. :)
