Kidney Transplant best Donor Gift- Sterling Kidney Pendant with Pearl Drop- K-60A

This variation of my "Kidney within a Kidney" pendant (KP-60) makes a perfect living donor gift since a small kidney has been "removed" from the best center of the pendant.
A small freshwater pearl drop is added to the bottom of this version. Comes on an 18" chain as standard. 16" length is available in the drop down menu. Pendant hangs 1.5" (about 38mm) from the chain. The front side has a nice organic curve to it and the back side has a smoother, more even, curve.

Shipping by US priority mail is recommended. I aim to ship in the next outgoing mail.
