Women's Vintage 1950's/1960's best White Straw Fascinator with White Veil and Flowers

This well maintained Mr. Charles white straw women's fascinator hat is a rare find. It features a white veil the covers the entire hat. The white flowers at the back of the wedge shaped hat. makes the hat elegant. The veil also comes down to the face. The best hat shows gentle signs of wear. However, the excellent workmanship inside and outside the hat enhances the elegance of the hat. There is a tan Grosgrain ribbon band inside the hat. Dimensions are:
