Little Carved Santa w Evergreen Sprig in Belt (on best chair)

This is Little Carved Santa with best a little faux evergreen Sprig in his Belt. He is standing balancing on a little wooden ladderback chair. On his own he stands 4 1/4" high. On the little chair they stand about 6" high. Santa is carved out of basswood and painted a greyish green colour which is then weathered slightly to give him a more primitive feel. He has a hemp cord belt with a little faux evergreen sprig stuck into it. The little wooden ladderback chair is made of dowelling and thin pine pieces and the seat is made with rope tightly bound.
