This japanese style brooch has been made from an old earthenware purple plate.

The flower pattern has been carefully cut, polished, crimped and been given a antique copper patina.

On the brooch, I welded a nice leafs in brass with an ancient copper finishing.

The whole is finished by the glass pearly drop from Bohemia.

size of the brooch : 1.8 x 2.2 inch ( pearl included ).

The brooch is from my collection 'Ma tasse de thé'. The dominating material is old china and eathenware dishes
