Vintage 40s HANDMADE STRAW HAT Ribbon Adorned Bonnet best Union Made Chic

Adorable vintage 30s 40s straw hat adorned by 14 1/2” velvet ribbon tails.
This would look sweet displayed on a wall or front door! It's in very good vintage condition save for a small discolored spot as shown. The label reads in part Union Made Hand Made. This measures 10” across with the head opening being 6 1/2”.
