I love color, and paint offers so much more best than stain ever could. These shelves come in a wide range of colors from Earthy to extravagant.

These pieces are hand rubbed with a paint wash technique passed down from generations of artisans dating all the way back to 20 minutes ago when I googled " how do I do a paint wash". Hey, not everyone has artistic lineage...sometimes Google is your friend. Still, the finished product looks really cool.

This project consists of TWO separate altars.

* The large altar is approximately 3.25 inches tall x 7.25 inches deep x 27 inches wide.

* The small altar is approximately 2.75 inches tall x 3.5 inches deep x 15 inches wide.
