Best Little Freddy the Pelican

Little Freddy takes after his dad, Freckled Freddy, except he's about half as big. Actually, it's the same pattern I use for Little Marcelle, the Mardi Gras bird. I've gotten so many requests for a Little Freddy, that I've decided to add him to best the flock. Made from 4 inch, schedule 40 pvc pipe, Fred is meticulously cut, sanded, and painted to last a very long time. He doesn't come with feet spikes, as there are no holes in his feet. Fred's meant to roost on a table or on the porch.
