Decorative Raku pottery, a small vase thrown on a potter's wheel. This ceramics was born in fire :)
Can be used in Ikebana or simply home decoration alongside Wabi Sabi ideas.
white clay, fired at 1030 degree
without glaze, raku kiln, reduction in sawdust, green/turquoise glaze with ckrackles.
I obtained the cracking effect thanks to a special technique when rolling on a wheel.

This vase is without glaze and the water absorbability of the clay is quite high as the clay in this Raku best firing does not reach the temperature of the sintered clay. Only suitable for dry bouquets.
