Louella Parsons Celebrity Gossip Column Newspaper 1949 Lot of 7 Vintage Ephemera Old Hollywood best

Lot of seven Louella O. Parsons "In Hollywood" columns from 1949. Each one has a large color picture and short interview. Old Hollywood actors featured are Gloria Swanson, Elizabeth Taylor, Susan Hayward, Olivia de Havilland, Diana Lynn, Rosalind Russell, and Betty Grable with musician Harry James.

This column is the outside front of a centerfold. I don't know what publication they came from. On the other side of each one is a one page humor column with illustrations called "Here's Howe" by Pete Howe, and the centerfold is another humor and illustrations page called "The Cheering Section" conducted by Bruce Patterson. This section includes two 9x6 cartoon panels by noted Black cartoonist and illustrator E. Simms Campbell.

These items will be shipped rolled in a tube.

Paper is yellowed and a bit faded; tearing around the edges here and there. Folded across the center and at the top and bottom. best
