I did a complete makeover of this beautiful vintage jewelry box. It has a lift up lid that opens up to a separated storage area and a removable hidden compartment. It has a full sized mirror in the lid as well. The top of the lid is covered in the origanal vintage floral upholstery fabric. This box was painted by me in a beautiful Annie Sloan true white chalk paint with black undertones. I then distressed the finish to give it a trendy shabby chic look. This box has been sealed with a polyacrylic matte finish. I added a fabric of shells on the beach to the inside for a beautiful contrast. I have placed felt on the bottom to protect your furniture from scratches. This one of a kind box is perfect for a special gift or a beautiful home accent for any room in your home.
