Royal Crown Derby 50th Wedding Anniversary of HM Queen Elizabeth II and HRH Prince Philip Commemorative Plate. Specially commissioned by Govier's of Sidmouth from Royal Crown Derby, this commemorative plate is part of a limited edition of only 750. Govier's was founded in 1904 and has established an enviable reputation for retailing quality ranges and, in particular, commemorative plates such as this. In 1890, Queen Victoria appointed Crown Derby best a royal warrant granting them the title "The Royal Crown Derby Porcelain Co Ltd".

Still in its original box, the plate is in excellent condition and comes complete with its certificate authenticating it as number 80 of 750. Perfect for the collector of fine porcelain.
