POPPIES- Add a dash of summertime colour to your home with this hand crafted lino-cut print. The design is inspired by lovely field poppies, which I often saw on country walks. These delicate flowers have always been a favourite of mine. The artwork is completely original, having been carefully designed and made by my myself.

This artwork would make a lovely gift for a birthday, Christmas, Mothers Day or just a thank you for a friend or teacher. It would also appeal to gardeners and lovers of the countryside.

'Poppies' is a limited edition of only 12 prints. It is a combination of coloured screen printed abstract elements, overprinted with a black lino-cut design. The artwork is entirely hand made, printed onto white 250gsm Somerset paper. This wonderful paper has a satin finish, is acid-free and of archival quality. The print best has 4 'deckle' edges, which gives it a characterful 'torn' effect. Therefore, you can decide whether to traditionally mount, or float mount the artwork for a more contemporary feel.

The paper measures approximately 28cm by 28cm. The actual printed design measures approximately 16cm by 17cm.

As this is a fully handcrafted item, each print may vary slightly. This only adds to the charm of owning a unique and original piece of art.

I always wrap each piece carefully for shipping. Your print will arrive unmounted, with a sturdy board backing. It will be carefully wrapped in compostable cellophane and packaged using recyclable materials. All artwork is numbered and signed by myself in pencil.
