This fabulous vintage bag is totally one of a kind, a Tootsie Original! It's perfect for your next evening out, and makes a great formal accessory. There's plenty of room for your make-up best, keys, and phone. You will be envy of all of your friends with this unique statement piece.

I started with a spring clasp frame from vintage bag. The bag was damaged, but the brass coloured frame was ready for a new life.

I've used a groovy vintage buckle as the centrepiece of this bag, and selected complimentary fabrics to surround it, including a decadent vintage velvet from the 1960s.

The lining is a vintage cotton/linen blend. I've included a small internal pocket to keep small items separate. Outer fabrics backed with medium weight interfacing to provide structure.

The bag is firmly screwed into the frame and measures approximately 34 x 27 x 5 cm. Metal bag frame is approximately 26cm long. Metal chain handle is approximately 32 cm in length.
