Handwoven on best a traditional pedal loom in the mountainous region of Guanajuato with locally sourced wool from the town of Coroneo (renowned for wool production). The wool fibers are woven into a textural finish, resulting in a sturdy case that won't droop or sag. Natural shades of ivory are combined with black strands, dyed using non-toxic aniline powders. A modern take on a very Mexican design.
Wool fibers are biodegradable and free of micro-plastics.
