Produced best in 1995 by Hamilton Collection as part of the Star Trek Collection, The Voyagers. This is an 8 1/4" diameter with a 23k gold rim, and is a limited edition porcelain plate.
This one features Star Trek The Klingon Battlecruiser starship. Long out of Production, these are now difficult to find. It is in mint condition, in it's original styrofoam box, with a certificate of authenticity and was stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
This plate is numbered: 2029D.
