Drops in gold filled 14K*, on a 0.9 mm (19ga) wire that I shaped and hammered to give it its rigidity and shape.

I fixed with a finer gold filled thread, peridots and African Rubies.

*Gold filled is a high-quality gold plated with a soft gold color:
It is made in the USA and keeps an outfit in time comparable to the GOLD. It is a 14 carat gold finish applied to a brass base. The weight of gold corresponds to 1/20 of the total weight of the product, which is about 50 to 100 times more than in a gold-plated product. Much stronger than a conventional gold-plated product, a gold-filled product will oxidize much slower.
