This Fedoskino Jewelry Box, Russian Art Painting School lacquer box
was handmade from papier mache and hand painted by oil & tempera paints
painted over a mother of pearl (abalone), multi-layer lacquer finish, hinged.
The box is painted by talented russian artist Zemina N. and signed by
she on a botton. She is very professional in painting of Russian Fairy Tales,
landscapes, animals & birds. Contemporary, new, in a perfect condition.
Some patches are effect of reflected light. It looks much better in person.

Dimensions of this box : 7 x 9 x 3 cm ( 2.75'' x 3.54'' x 1.18'').
Country of origin: Russian Federation.

The box is classically black colored and the interior is red. Surface and
interior are smooth and glance.
