Ideal for meditation and yoga, this uniquely designed cushion offers a stable and comfortable seat thanks to a filling of organic spelt bales that provides firmness while adapting to your morphology.

It allows you to adopt a posture without tension, favoring the forward tilt of the pelvis and the opening of the solar plexus.

It can also be used in the daily framework as a seat around a coffee table or as an interior decoration.

Adjustable and washable: Protected by its handle, the zipper allows you to open the cushion to :
- Adjust its height according to your morphology and flexibility.
- Empty it completely to wash its cover (by hand or in the washing machine at 30° on a gentle cycle).

Filling: This Zafu is filled with 100% organic spelt husks, which makes it naturally anti-dust mite.
Our spelt bale comes from an organic farm in Germany. It is best dusted and heated, which makes it durable over time.
