Vtg Victorian Shaving Mug and Soap Bowl best w/ drain Hand painted Iris

Handsomely gorgeous these two vanity items are hand painted in an aesthetic style. Decorated with nicely detailed Irises highlighted with gold, they are larger size pieces ( the shaving mug holds two cups). The soap dish still has both the cover and the ceramic soap drain ) . In very very good vintage condition (especially for two items over 130 years old) they are without chips or cracks but have fine crazing uniformly over both pieces best ( seems to be an intentional effect) . There is a bit of wear to the gold on the lip, and occasionally a small darker spot to the glaze.
Really a great pair of matching antique shaving items, perfect for man or woman.
